and not html type of emails with images included as part of the msg. any

You have to update your version to view messages as plain text only. Go to
Windows Update and get the critical patches available there and then you
have the option to read as plain text only.

I have found SR1 pack at work and now upgraded and all is as I want it -
many, many thanks folks for your guidance and patience with a Mad Glad Dad
in NE U.K. near Hull.
