I get this error msg when i try to send emails:

Are you connected to the ISP whose SMTP server you are trying to use?

Yes, you normally need to be connected to the ISP to use their SMTP server,
either because the one you are connected to blocks port 25 or because the
one you're trying to use won't accept the messages if you are not connected
to them. The same problem is generally not experienced with receiving mail.
